Peshawar, March 26, 2026 (Khyber Mail) – Ms Fitrat Ilyas Bilour, wife of late Awami National Party (ANP) leader and former senator Ilyas Ahmed Bilour, has passed away, family sources confirmed on Thursday.
According to initial information, her funeral prayers will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Ladies Club in University Town, Peshawar.
Ms Bilour was the widow of Ilyas Ahmed Bilour, a senior ANP figure and prominent businessman, who passed away in 2024 after a prolonged illness. The Bilour family has long been associated with politics and business in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with Ilyas Bilour remembered as one of the party’s seasoned leaders and parliamentarians.
Her passing has been widely mourned in political and social circles of Peshawar, with condolences pouring in for the Bilour family.
