Dear Editor,
The issue of unemployment has become an important concern in Pakistan. A large number of young people complete their education every year but struggle to find suitable jobs. This situation not only affects individuals and their families but also limits the economic development of the country.
One major reason for unemployment is the gap between education and the skills required in the job market. Many students have academic qualifications but lack practical and technical skills. Limited job opportunities, slow economic growth, and a lack of career guidance also contribute to this problem.
In my opinion, Pakistan needs to focus on creating more employment opportunities and improving the quality of education and vocational training. Young people should be encouraged to learn practical skills, entrepreneurship, and modern technologies. The government can also support small businesses and startups to create more jobs.
This issue requires cooperation between the government, educational institutions, and the private sector. If Pakistan provides its young population with the right skills and opportunities, they can become a strong force for the country’s economic progress.
Yours faithfully,
Hassnain Ali
