After the foundation of social media , the ones who are affected much are the readers . Reading was something a lot of people specially old age and youth used to have it as the ultimate hobby of their routine . At some point the people had a craze and passion of reading books . These books included fictional , non fictional , economical , historical , cultural language and literature . The people used to wait for their authors to publish new serries and new books . People used to build libraries of books considering them their wealth . The youth used to recommend and discuss about the books at libraries , during their free time and specially while having time with their reader friends .
But nowadays as the social media has influenced the people so much that they barely think about reading a book . The book discussions are converted into meme discussions , the book recommendations are converted to reel idea conversations and the ultimate lust for books is converted into desire of following the routine of their favorite social media influencer .
The time which was once used in news reading and reading books of different genres is now being used to sharing reels on social media . Social media is a very potent platform if used efficiently and effectively in encouraging people . Almost in todays decade every single being has a social media presence including youth to old age . Social media platforms can be used to make people use their time in reading books . The trends of reading books can be set by using social media as a catalyst .
Reading is something which creates a skilled and well educated , mannered and awared nation . There are still a majority of people who try to derive time from their busy schedule to read books and such people can influence other people . The means they can use is SOCIAL MEDIA , they can post a picture of the book they are reading on their social media accounts , they can post their favorite lines of their authors , they can write book reviews and and can even post reviews as a form of videos on their present accounts . By the doing this they can set a trend of reading books among the public and can inspire a large population to be driven towards the lust of reading books.
