Attock, 12 September 2026 (By Ijaz?ul?Hassan) — Residents of Attock and surrounding areas experienced relief from the intense heat and humid weather following rainfall in the region.
The rain brought a noticeable change in weather conditions, easing humidity and making the atmosphere cooler and more pleasant.
Local residents said prolonged hot and humid conditions had caused considerable discomfort, but the recent rainfall lowered temperatures and brought refreshing coolness to the air.
Farmers also welcomed the rainfall, describing it as beneficial for crops. They noted that adequate rainfall could improve soil moisture and support healthy crop growth.
According to the weather forecast, parts of Attock may receive intermittent rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in the coming days, though the intensity and duration will depend on local conditions.
Residents expressed hope that the improving weather and reduction in humidity will provide much?needed relief from the ongoing heat.
